ABOUT THE ARRIVAL
1. A few days before your arrival, you must contact us by email (hola@villablancamalaga.com) to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange key collection.
2. Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.
3. During low season check-in and check-out times may be more flexible. Please contact the property to arrange the times.
4. Deposit refund: in the forms of payment indicated in the deposit or by bank transfer 24h/48h after departure.
5.Pets are not allowed.
6. Late arrivals: Arrange arrival with the property. The full amount of the booking must be paid on arrival.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
General Behaviour Rules
The most important rule: enjoy the property and all the facilities on offer, from the household goods to the swimming pool. Enjoy the property as if it were your own home. Use all the facilities of the property in a responsible way.
The reservation formalises the rental of the advertised property directly between the traveller and the owner.
Photographs: The properties may suffer small aesthetic or decorative changes (never functional) that have not been updated in the photographs of the advertisement.
Security Deposit: The deposit will be managed directly with the owner.
The accommodation is equipped with a basic supply (cooking paper, toilet paper, condiments, salt/pepper, etc.). Once finished, the owner will not be responsible for supplying these items and it will be the guest who will be responsible for their purchase.
Cleaning: The final cleaning is included in the total amount of the reservation, but our guests should be aware that the house must be returned in the same state in which they found it on arrival. In the event that the house is not returned in this condition, the traveller will be charged a penalty of at least 100,00 € for extra cleaning.
In the property there is a washing machine, clothes rack, etc. The owner recommends their regular use in order to keep the bedding, towels, etc. clean at all times. The property also provides the traveller with a dishwasher, hoover and other cleaning material.
Rubbish: Rubbish must be deposited daily in the rubbish bins in the area where the property is located. There is no obligation to separate the rubbish. The rubbish bin is about 150 metres away in the direction of Malaga. If you do not comply with this rule, and when you leave the property you leave the rubbish in the containers, you will be charged a penalty of 50,00 € for the removal of rubbish. It is forbidden to use the toilet as a rubbish bin for food waste, nappies, sanitary towels and wipes. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of 180 €, which is the minimum amount charged by the drainage company.
Parties: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or events. Failure to comply with this rule will result in expulsion from the accommodation without compensation and a penalty of at least 500,00 €. Of course, music is permitted throughout the property without causing a nuisance to any neighbour.
Occupants: No more people may enter the property than those indicated in the reservation, except in the case of having obtained express authorisation from the owner. In the event that a higher occupancy than that indicated by the traveller at the time of booking (without having obtained prior express authorisation from the owner) is detected, the traveller will be immediately expelled from the property for breach of contract without the right to any compensation whatsoever. A penalty of at least 50,00 € per person per night is established as a penalty.
Rules of conduct: The traveller agrees to respect and comply with the rules of the house, as well as the logical rules of respect and good neighbourliness, not carrying out activities or making noises that could be annoying to neighbours, especially from 22:00 to 08:00. Failure to comply with these rules would be grounds for expulsion from the dwelling without the right to any compensation and the payment of a penalty of 200.00 €.
Smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the traveller must pay a penalty of €200.00 for deodorisation of the accommodation. Smoking is permitted outside. The property has ashtrays outside, with the warning that burning chairs, hammocks and other furniture may result in penalties of at least 30 € per damage.
Pets: Pets are not allowed without the prior and express written authorisation of the owner of the property. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the traveller must pay a penalty of 300,00 € for extra cleaning.
Consumption of electricity and water supplies: Electricity and water consumption are included in the amount of the reservation, but if an abusive consumption is detected, the owner reserves the right to deduct the amount of the deposit for excess consumption. The use of electricity to recharge electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited, unless authorised in writing by the owner. The use of electricity supply for any form of cryptocurrency mining is prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will be grounds for expulsion from the property without the right to compensation, subject to prior notice to the security forces of the state.
Pool and garden maintenance. The owner, the person or persons designated by the owner, will access the plot where the property is located on a regular basis to carry out maintenance and cleaning of the gardens or pool. This task is done every 3 or 4 days, it is carried out first thing in the morning and does not cause any inconvenience to the guests.
Condition of the property: By signing this document, the traveller declares that he/she has received the property and its contents in a perfect state of cleanliness, use and conservation, and in accordance with what is advertised in the advertisement of the property.
Valuables items: It is the responsibility of the traveller to safeguard any cash or valuables that he/she may bring with him/her at all times. Neither the owner of the accommodation, nor the insurer of the accommodation can be held responsible for these in the event of loss or theft during the stay in the accommodation.
Home alarm system. The property has a security alarm system connected to an authorised alarm reception centre and cameras. Both systems are disconnected when travellers enter the property.
Access to the property by the owner: With prior notice to the traveller, the owner may access the interior of the property whenever he/she deems it appropriate, in order to check compliance with the agreed rules.
Photographs and/or recording of images: It is expressly forbidden to take photographs and/or record images for commercial purposes during the stay in the accommodation.
